We have a great opportunity to join Evri as a Business Analyst. In this exciting role you’ll work with business stakeholders to help them identify, articulate, prioritise and manage requirements for business change. You’ll create solution and technology agnostic artefacts that can be used to design and implement solutions, deliver customer value and ensure that appropriate change management is delivered in each business area.   • Understand the business drivers, and stakeholders’ goals and objectives and desired benefits from the change. 
  • Defining an analysis approach for each initiative, ensuring the appropriate tools & techniques are used with support from the Senior or Lead EBA. 
  • Understand the business context, organisational structures, and business processes, to identify the areas of opportunity, and accurately diagnose the business problem. 
  • Capturing business problem statements and converting these into stakeholder requirements. 
  • Understand and articulate the high-level business impact of proposed changes and the subsequent benefit opportunity to support the creation of a case for change. 
  • Identify what changes to people, processes and technology will be required for a change to be successful. 
  • Analyse requirements to ensure clarity, consistency, alignment within a coherent structure, consistent elaboration of detail, and full traceability. 
  • Work with business stakeholders to prioritise requirements of greatest business value that enables solution delivery planning which focuses on features delivered in clearly scoped releases for quick and iterative realisation of the benefits. 
  • Work with business stakeholders, users, and IT colleagues to facilitate the design of to-be business processes, and system solutions, considering how they will be tested and transitioned into live service, and assess the impact of any proposed changes during delivery. 
  • Strategic alignment to Vision, Missions, Strategies, Objectives, Tactics (VMOST)

We are looking for: 

  • 2+ years Experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent  
  • Experience as a BA on several projects of varying size and complexity throughout the full project delivery lifecycle. 
  • Experience of business change (people, process, AND technology) projects and initiatives 
  • Experience in a variety of elicitation, analysis, and presentation techniques. 
  • Experience in Waterfall, Iterative and Agile frameworks would be advantageous. 
  • Knowledge of confluence & JIRA & tools or equivalent.
  • Documentation – requirements documents, requirements list, impact analyses, gap analyses, business rules.
