Are you an experienced Service Delivery professional looking to take the next step in your career?
Evri is seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager to play a key role in ensuring our IT services consistently deliver high performance, stability, and value to our business.

You’ll work at the heart of our operations, partnering with senior leaders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure our technology supports one of the UK’s leading logistics networks.

About the Role

As an IT Service Delivery Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing critical IT services, overseeing strategic vendors, and acting as the key link between IT and our operational teams. You’ll ensure services run smoothly, performance is measured and improved, and service transitions are delivered effectively.

This is a hands‑on, visible role where you’ll influence how IT supports our business — and drive service excellence across your assigned areas.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing IT services for assigned business areas, internal IT functions, and vendors in line with ITIL best practice.
  • Leading Service Design and Transition activities and reviewing Service Impact Assessments for new initiatives.
  • Maintaining and managing the IT Service Portfolio.
  • Monitoring day‑to‑day vendor performance and ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Running service reviews to drive continuous improvement with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Producing clear, insightful reporting on IT and vendor performance.
  • Providing operational expertise into Incident, Problem, and Risk Management processes.
  • Managing high‑impact escalations directly or via Incident Management.
  • Representing your business area in CAB meetings and communicating changes effectively.
  • Delivering small service improvement projects.
  • Identifying opportunities for cost savings within your service portfolio.
