The Vacancy
Senior Product Manager
At Evri, we’re not just delivering parcels, we’re reshaping how millions of people experience delivery every single day. As the UK’s leading consumer delivery specialist, we’re on a mission to build beautifully simple, seamless, and customer-obsessed experiences at scale.
But behind every great delivery experience is something even more important: our people.
And right now, we’re reinventing how work itself works.
We’re evolving into a product-centric, people-powered organisation, enabled by data, AI, and technology. This is where you come in.
Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Colleague Experience, partnering with senior leadership to shape how 12,000+ colleagues and 30,000+ couriers interact with our systems, tools, and ways of working every day .
This role sits at the heart of our Organisation of the Future vision: building an environment where people and technology work seamlessly together to drive performance, engagement, and growth.

Teams are connected, collaborative, and empowered
Every colleague understands their impact and feels part of something bigger
That’s the future we’re building.
A people-powered, technology-enabled organisation, where experience, performance, and innovation go hand in hand.
