This September, Evri is opening a brand new, state-of-the-art Fulfilment site in Barnsley, and we’re looking for an exceptional Fulfilment Warehouse Manager to help shape it from day one. What you’ll be doing
As Fulfilment Warehouse Manager, you’ll have full operational ownership of our new Barnsley site. You’ll lead all warehouse functions, drive continuous improvement and create a safe, engaged and high‑performance culture. Blending strong commercial acumen with inspiring people leadership, you’ll optimise processes, control costs and deliver outstanding service for our clients in a fast‑paced, growing B2C fulfilment environment.
Responsibilities
- Own all site performance across people, service, cost, quality and safety
- Lead Health & Safety compliance, working closely with Group H&S teams
- Create and deliver site budgets, forecasts and operational plans
- Drive operational efficiency, continuous improvement and KPI performance
- Lead, develop and engage Managers, Supervisors and wider warehouse teams
- Ensure exceptional client service and effective management of escalations
Interested? Here’s what you’ll need to be successful
- 7–10+ years’ leadership experience within fulfilment, logistics, 3PL or distribution operations
- Strong end‑to‑end B2C fulfilment knowledge, including returns and marketplace operations
- Proven people leadership skills, with experience building and developing high‑performing teams
- Commercial and financial acumen, including P&L, budget management and cost control
- A data‑driven mindset, with experience managing KPIs, SLAs and continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills, able to influence at all levels
