Your focus will be on driving service excellence, managing risk and ensuring clear communication between business and IT teams.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to key business stakeholders on IT services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across operational teams and IT functions

  • Support service design and transition activities in line with ITIL processes
  • Provide clear reporting on service performance, risks and opportunities
  • Contribute to incident, problem and change management processes
  • Ensure business impact is clearly understood and communicated during changes
  • Identify and manage IT service risks through to resolution
  • Work closely with service desk and support teams to manage escalations effectively
  • Support small service improvement initiatives and continuous improvement activities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new and evolving IT requirements

Interested? Here’s what you’ll need to be successful:

  • Experience in an IT Service Delivery or similar IT role
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes (ITIL Foundation preferred)
  • Experience managing third-party suppliers and vendors
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to analyse data and present meaningful insights
  • Experience working in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A collaborative approach, working effectively across IT and business teams
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
